Quick, painless and enjoyable. I came in for an interview on Monday, met everyone, and got an offer 4 days later. The interview rooms are all glass and next to the sales floor / kitchen so you get a great feel for the buzz of the office and the collegial culture. Everyone was very relaxed in the interview yet asked me stimulating questions. I felt very at ease and like I could represent my best self.
