I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dataminr (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Some HR woman called and went through standard resume questions. Easy. A week later some manager in the department I work in called and did the same thing, maybe asked some behavioral questions: tell me about a stressful situation and how you found your way out of it... blah blah... Another week goes by. I meet five people at the office. One was sick, so he conferenced in. I though overall, I did pretty well. Behavioral questions. Some weird out of the box thinking questions. Resume run-throughs. Some language testing. Not too difficult. Turns out the guy that beat me out of it speaks Farsi AND Arabic fluently... what can ya do?

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dataminr (London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
Hugely positive experience from start to finish.
The recruitment process itself was actually very quick. Two phone screenings, followed by an on-site interview with 4-5 people in London, followed by another two phone screenings with management in New York.
They also did their best to accommodate my work schedule at the time.
The recruiter did a fantastic job at keeping me in the loop on the timeline and what to expect and was supportive throughout. Interview questions very thought-provoking and engaging and it was clear they were all interested in what I had to say.
