Spoke with Lisa, the HR Manager. She seemed nice, but when it came to discuss salary, she admitted to being below market, but explained how it would be made up with great company culture.

Question 1
Would I be comfortable putting on a one hour presentation on my skill set and how it would benefit the company?
Phone screen first - approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Then, invited for office visit and phone interviews. Two interviews - both 1-on-1. Usually one manager and one executive. 60 minutes a piece. Both are pretty low threat if you passed the initial phone screen.
