Interview
Three rounds. Two technical and one non-technical. Team was friendly, Example questions were why do you want to work at datatonic, tell me about how you explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Following initial call with recuirter the next stages are;
A 30 minute technical screening interview with an engineer
A 1 hour case study where the first part is a code submission you need to send. The second is a case study for a simple GenAI use case for a retail company
The final stage is a culture/consulting interview

Question 1
Take me through a recent ML project you completed detailing the use case and tech stack used.
The process began with an HR screening call, followed by a technical Q&A session. Candidates are then asked to prepare a sample coding project of their own choice for a code review. In the subsequent meeting, the first 15 minutes are dedicated to presenting and discussing your code decisions, followed by a 45-minute case study and system design exercise.
