Following initial call with recuirter the next stages are;
A 30 minute technical screening interview with an engineer
A 1 hour case study where the first part is a code submission you need to send. The second is a case study for a simple GenAI use case for a retail company
The final stage is a culture/consulting interview

Question 1
Take me through a recent ML project you completed detailing the use case and tech stack used.
The process began with an HR screening call, followed by a technical Q&A session. Candidates are then asked to prepare a sample coding project of their own choice for a code review. In the subsequent meeting, the first 15 minutes are dedicated to presenting and discussing your code decisions, followed by a 45-minute case study and system design exercise.

Had two rounds. An initial HR screen and a tech screen with a senior MLE. The questions asked in the tech screen were not very related to the job description. The tech screen interviewer was not very inviting and seemed to have only a few questions and it seemed more like a test designed to fail than a screening. I was personally excited for this interview because my experience aligned well with the JD but the feedback was also very generic.
