Davidson County Community College interview questions

The interview process was very laid back and relaxed. I applied online and received a phone call inviting me for an interview. The interview lasted maybe 30 minutes, was in-person, and was immediately offered a job.

Panel was very open in giving me information to work with in fine-tuning my responses to what fit the position. I had a lot of latitude to connect what I do now to what I would do for them. They readily described upcoming changes and their vision for what the position was becoming. Interesting that the VP checked references before scheduling the interview.
