Interview
The first round is a written test, and you need to complete a proposal within 8 hours. The second round is an interview with a partner, and the questions mainly involve career planning. The third round is an interview with a team lawyer, and the questions mainly involve resume details and future career plans.

3 rounds, First round was with HR, just standard questions about your CV and how you work. Second was with a lawyer, behavioral questions. Third was with the boss, who just asked me what I like to do in my spare time.
Sudden Cold call, ask you some questions , then invite you a second in chance
