I submitted my CV and got an email a few days later asking to select a date for a screening interview which I did. I got no call on the day of the screening nor an email. I have sent a professional and polite email following up and got an apology from a different recruiter saying that the initial recruiter was out of the office. I will be contacted again to reschedule. That never happened, no one contacted me to reschedule. I understand that different circumstances can happen, but someone should've contacted and let me know that we need to reschedule, I have wasted time waiting. Very unprofessional.
