Before interview, I had sports round, which was meant to test endurance and team spirit. Interview dealt with questions regarding logistics and supply chain. Questions like why decathalon, why should we hire you, tell me about yourself were also there.

Good process but remove alot of people in fitness round ,it feels like healthy environment and a fun process You are treated with respect and u have to have deep knowledge about logistics
