Les entretiens sont tous intéressants, mais la succession des rendez-vous ainsi que les profils rencontrés crée une certaine confusion dans le déroulé du process. Le nombre d’entretiens (5 à 6) paraît également élevé au regard du niveau du poste.

Interview
The interview process is more related to the soft skills than the hard ones. There is a genuine interest in understanding who you are and do you want. The hard skills are tested in the current activity.
3 Phases:
1st Phase - HR Outsourced contact
2nd Phase - Contact with 2 people from Decathlon
3nd Phase - Contact with 2 people from Decathlon, with a higher position within the company than the two people present on the 2nd phase
