I applied online and a few hours later I got a call from Decathlon, inviting me to come in for an interview. The overall experience was very positive, people are really nice, but at the end I was rejected, without any explanation.

Question 1
Describe yourself, do you play any sport?, where do you see yourself in 5 years?, why do you want to work for Decathlon? (be very specific), what's your dream job?
I came to a small room and have a 15 minutes interview. The questions were first general and asking why I wanted the job and after were about sports.
If the interviewer detected inconcistencies he asked further questions. Was pretty easy but I was very nervous.

Interview
Group tasks, role playing with other canditates. We had to solve several problems together. Then some of us were invited to personal interview. During this, i was asked personal questions, they were interested if i am motivated enough.
