The HR focused upon what i have learned from my failures and how i can capitalize it in form of learning. Decathlon focuses upon the learning ability and dedication of the person. They appreciate the sportsman spirit of a person shown towards the work. Being sporty helps. They accept failures and give chances to improve, but don't try to play around, they can catch the people who fake it.

Very long interview process, competitive. Was rejected at the final round. Reason being they were looking for an all rounder to do all the tasks as they were a “lean” team. Spent over a month throughout the whole process to be declined by this reason
