Underwent 6 stages till 12 noon.

Every stage had eliminations.
Round 1- Little rough,intensity gauge(Tester).
Round 2- perfection seeker.
Round 3- team spirit and leadership.
Round 4- out of the box thinking.
Round 5- pure pre-practice.
Round 6- your determination to get the job.

your friends' opinion about you.
tell about your motivation and inspiration.
imagine yourself as the recruiter and rate your performance from the start.
the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

4/Team (Any Topic Can Be Performed)
Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
