Decathlon may be big but they stay very human in their processes. Even if i have been discarded after the second round interview, they called me instead of rejecting me by mail and gave me good feedbacks.
Interviewed by a Recruiter and HR person, it was good and a lot of questions were asked interms of work experiences and you must be a sport lover! As it seems that they only need that.
