Don't walk, run. The recruiter running the R4R process is incapable of responding and has no idea about the tech job profiles she's hiring for. The lack of technical acumen is going to stunt science abilities for the company.

Deepgram ran BY FAR the best interview process that I have come across in my job search. Tammy, Jenny and Winston were incredibly friendly and were very generous with their time and did a great job explaining the value prop of the company.
Tammy, in particular, spent so much time with me answering any and all questions about the team and product. She is one of the best recruiters I have come across and would be an amazing mentor to any recruiters that come on board.
The process was incredibly smooth and the feedback was relayed within 48 hours of each interview.
