I interviewed at Defence Equipment & Support (Oxford, England)
Interview
The interviews are very much a "buzz-word bingo". You can share your experience and how you can complete the role, but if you don't use their set buzzwords, you just don't get the marks. I also noticed I would be told my interviewers names ahead of time, but they weren't the same people that actually took the interview and no reason was given.

Interview
~30min interview and a group task. Interview mostly covered experience gained so far. Very little asked about DE&S itself. Group task was mostly to view how you interact with others under (mild) pressure
