I applied to a Sales Engineer position. A couple of weeks later I received an e-mail from HR scheduling a call for a certain date and time. He didn't call and never responded to my e-mails asking if he want the call to be rescheduled.
This is highly disrespectful, and if this is how Thycotic care about people, I was simply dealing with the wrong company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea (Washington, DC) in Sep 2019
Interview
Their in-house recruiter contacted me via email. It sounded like an interesting opportunity in line with my nearly 20 years of experience, so I replied immediately. No answer for over a week. I finally In-Mailed their recruiter via Linkedin and she they replied 4-5 days later. Initial screening interview was fine. She offered a link to the Skills Assessment test. Around that time I happened to peruse Glass Door and noticed the generally poor experiences others have had applying for Sales Engineer roles. It honestly put me off. They eventually wrote to see if I was still interested. Not wanting to waste my time, I expressed my concern about the negative reviews. This was met with deafening silence. If a company is not responsive prior to employment, what sort of treatment can you expect after being hired? Proceed at your own risk.

Interview
Submitted to a posting on their website. Worked with HR for a screening call and then a call with the hiring manager. Followed up a week later and got put in a holding pattern by HR - that is OK and reasonable. Followed up a week later, then a week later, then a week later via a different route...nothing. Next step was to call but I decided to take the ghosting as a (bad) sign. Ghosting at the front end is one thing (your busy, I get it...). Ghosting after talks is poor form for a professional.
