Being interviewed by lower tiered personnels. Job description demand so much but unable to pay accordingly value for talent, skills & responsibilities. Demand so much but shrink when it comes to budget, employee relations and professional practices. There's nothing glamour just coz you have white immigrants working there. After interview, all of sudden they published 1-level lower role with lower salary.
