I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Denver Nuggets (Victoria, BC) in Dec 2021
Interview
5 step process including a practical assignment and presentation. I spoke with the CEO, COO, Director of People and Culture, and the recruitment team.
Throughout each step I was given the opportunity to showcase my knowledge and talent. I was also asked highly poignant questions in relation to my skills and how I would approach problems/projects. I felt encouraged to give honest answers and not to be afraid of items I am less comfortable with.
Although the process was long, it was well worth it and I feel like I got a firm grasp of the company and the type of people I can expect to work with. Even if I had been unsuccessful, the insight and feedback given within the interview process helped me hone my skills for future interviews.
