    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Department for Transport (London, England (UK)) in August 2016.

    Interview

The Interview process was excellent. I had 3 interviewers who were very friendly and courteous. Made me feel comfortable. Explained what their roles were and what my role would involve and how it would influence the programme I had applied for. They answered my questions quite candidly as well. Each of the interviewer gave me an insight into their job and made me understand the wider aspects of the programme and the role that I was applying for before the interview began. This helped me develop an understanding of the role and base my answers on it.
