Since the question was very open ended, I didn't answer the questions they wanted answered. I believe now that they wanted the name of the process I used to generate a group decision when the team stumbled upon a problem. But I did learn that BC is a very process oriented company and the more processes you can name in the interview - the better off your chances will be of getting an offer.
