Interview
Interviewer was a Control Engineer themselves and basically reviewed the role responsibilities as well as double check you are able to complete requirements such as travel, commitment etc. Communication before and after interview was dry, I had to reach out/check in almost all the time.
2 stage interview first from career fair, covers availability and what role fits you best. Second is an in-person interview which covered questions what bw does and a more in-depth overview on qualifications and what you would be doing at bw

Very laid back interview, mostly behavorial questions. Got an interview after going to a campus career fair. Asked about my projects and experiences in college, and walked through my resume. Have not heard back yet
