A list of written questions to follow up on the application, a 15-minute recruiter interview, a strategic test project, and then a final round with the hiring manager if you make it through. The interview itself was straightforward, but the test project was very excessive. I understand the need for test projects, but their (unpaid) test asked for a full strategy across multiple areas of the site, and that was before ever speaking with a hiring manager. That depth of test should be a paid project, and it should be limited to final-round candidates.

Tedious, unprofessional, and irrelevant. While they are fast to respond, they make you write "exams". If you don't fit the criteria for one position, they ask you to try out for another, which comes with tedious exams
