Interview
Overall quite a unstructured process with 4 interviews with a total of 7 people from the firm. All had different views of the role and what was needed.
But the highlight was when the Managing Director decided to go to the gym the first 30 minutes of my interview and when finally dropping in he sat and munched on a Big Mac. Everyone else gave a really good impression and I had a good time despite everything.

Interview
The company contract me and we had 2 great interviews over 3 weeks. Both interviews were very relaxed and I felt very welcome. Both interviews were with my initial contact and the managing director which felt like they were generally interested.
