I went through a process involving three interviews at Designit. The first was with HR over Zoom, the second was in the office with one manager, and the third was with another manager, also at the office. While the process was generally pleasant, there was a lack of clarity regarding the relationship between the London HR team and the Tel Aviv office.
I invested significant effort into the interviews, visited the office twice, and prepared a presentation. I was enthusiastic about the opportunity and felt confident after the final interview. However, the entire process spanned two months, with a month of waiting for any response. Despite multiple follow-ups to both the manager and HR, I received no meaningful feedback. Eventually, I received a generic rejection email stating that I lacked sufficient experience, which was surprising given that my experience had been clearly communicated and matched the job requirements.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for professionalism and empathy.
