You sit down with the manager and they will you questions that you filled out on the application that can be found online or in a store. Super easy, laid back interview.

Question 1
What was an experience where you had to deal with an angry customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Dewey's Pizza (Dublin, OH)
Interview
Quick and simple! Only took a few minutes and managers are very approachable and easy going I would say! All questions were very normal and standard I feel like. Dress casually (nothing too fancy) . Good experience overall to me personally!
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dewey's Pizza (Lakewood, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
I saw their ad on Craigslist which showed the times for open interviews. I came in on a Wednesday with both my resume and application in hand (I highly recommend to fill out the application before going in for the interview to appear organized and serious) and met with the front of the house manager who was extremely friendly and easygoing, which helped curbed my initial nervousness. The questions were really personable and showed that they were really interested in the kind of person that I am outside of work and also focused a lot on my personal goals. Of course, questions about my experience (barely none by the way, but they were more than willing to overlook that detail) and availability seemed to be the deciding factors and I was scheduled for a 2nd interview for the next day. That Thursday, I met with both the general store manager and kitchen manager and they basically went over my resume with additional questions along with explaining what the job I applied for duties were. After a brief run-through of everything I heard the previous day, I was offered the job and scheduled a day to take my menu test (all potential employees HAVE to take a menu test listing the ingredients for all the salads and selected specialty pizzas. They give you a copy of the test and a study guide to make things easier for you, however, you are expected to get 100% on the test in order to start working, otherwise you get sent home and they rescind your job offer. The company has exceedingly high expectations and expect you to learn the menu if you really want the job.) After about a week of studying, I came in dressed in casual clothing as they asked along with 2 forms of ID and a direct deposit letter and I took my test, which I passed of course. After passing the test, I began my training that same day.
