It has been quite some time since my HR interview, but I have not received any update regarding the next steps. A lack of communication after an interview does not reflect well on the professionalism of the process, as it leaves candidates uncertain and undervalued. Even a simple acknowledgment or timeline update would demonstrate respect for the candidate’s time and interest.
