Positive interview process overall. The early stages were targeted and the competency questions were relevant to the role. I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team in person. However, the post-interview experience was lacking. After being told I was unsuccessful based on core competencies I have specialised in for years, I requested specific feedback. Multiple stakeholders promised to provide this, but it was never delivered. It’s a great company, but they could improve their candidate experience by following through on promised feedback, especially when the decision contradicts a candidate's established track record.
