It was the first virtual round, Interview was fairly easy. The Interviewer asked a programming question and then we moved on to other technical questions on QA Testing activities, framework, performance testing and CICD. I did answer them. but I got feedback telling me that did not meet their expectations in performance and CICD aspects. I know the company always wants the right/exact fit for the role, if that was the case, why make the ex-employee who was in that role leave the organisation in the first place?
