Process took less than a week; first meeting was with a manager, second came a couple days later with the regional manager. I dressed between a mix of casual and formal (dress pants and a mockneck, then an everyday dress w/ tights...I'd recommend dressing more formal and in business attire to be safe). The regional manager communicated that they would messge me in a couple hours but the decision didn't come till 2 and a half days later via a rejection on WorkPop.
