I was interviewed once by a general manager, and then a second time by the senior manager. Both interviews were short, less than 15 minutes long, and all questions asked were easy to answer. Be prepared to answer scenario-based questions.

Interview
Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
1 online video submission and 1 in person interview: asks basic interview questions (why you want to work there, weaknesses, strengths, tell me about a time when you worked on a team, etc)
was ok. asked generic questions about working in the service industry. good job for young people and making friends. can be clicky. takes time to get in with the crew
