Question 1
I need to know about company whether it's fake or trusted
The company has now re-branded itself to Adaptive Health. I applied 1/16/19 and received a request to interview 2 days later. For the most part the interview went well, well enough that the recruiter wanted to pass my resume to the hiring manager for an in person interview the following week. She asked again for my resume which I sent and I didn't hear back. On 1/30/19 I followed back up and was told "The hiring manager was out of town". At this point I knew I was getting the runaround and decided to pursue other opportunities. Over a month later 3/7/19 I get the standard "Thanks for applying..." The lack of communication/transparency is all I needed to see to know that this is not a company for me.

Question 1
I only participated in the phone screen. I never got a chance to interview despite the recruiter telling me I would.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Direct Digital (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2018
Interview
Phone interviews. First with HR recruiter. Second was with the heads of marketing.
The recruiter asked me when I was available for a second interview via email, but took almost a week to reply. At that point, I had to give new dates/times. The recruiter asked the basic background questions.
The heads of marketing was a very odd interview. They were together on speaker phone in a room with strong echo. It was extremely difficult to hear them at times. And then some of their questions and remarks showed their lack of knowledge in the digital marketing realm, and made it hard for me to convey answers as a result. Almost like explaining how to rebuild a car engine to my grandmother. I tried to change my wording, but I found it hard to do so. I knew the interview went poorly because of this.
And the idea of an impersonal phone interview, when I lived in the same city where they were calling, was strange.
