I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Directi (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016
Interview
I'd 3 telephonic interviews and 1 face-to-fact before being rejected in the demo test. Right from the initial e-Mail from HR, I'd a nice experience with DirectI. The telephonic interview rounds were moderate-to-difficult in nature. The demo round was beyond my expertise level and I couldn't complain considering the role I was applying for. The interviewers were professional enough to take time, to discuss the answers back to me. I recommend DirectI to freshers as well as experienced.

Interview not based on stock questions; instead, design questions and problematic scenarios for troubleshooting were posed with variations done on the fly.
