Interview
1st round - technical
2nd round - 1 hour excel test
3rd / 4th round - Most crucial round with the finance director.
Questions were case study based and about your previous work experience.
Excel based test which will test knowledge in accounts, excel shortcuts, presentation skills and candidate to give a final recommendation to the management basis the excel analysis.
