District Council 37 interview questions

Never heard back from initial interview. Had to change my answer to a personal legacy question because my answer was not legacy worthy. They were kind and engaging. They will ask you if you are open to volunteering, if you state no, they will go about telling you how hard the full time position is and how it demands your time after 5pm and overnight days. They will only move forward if you want to volunteer as an organizer.

I had an in-person interview and it was hands down the worst interview experience I've ever had. As someone who has been on several hiring committees, I would never have conducted an interview in this manner.
