I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Dlocal (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Apr 2021
Interview
The process involved many interviews, with a lot of different people, from multiple countries. They were all really gentle, asked about previous experiences and how I am as a person, to get to know if my culture fits with dLocal's culture.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dlocal (Brazil) in Aug 2025
Interview
The process was super fast! All the interviews were pretty good, a lot of good explanation about the job position, the company, where they are today and what are the goals + expectations. The case was complex and difficult, but well explained and with all the data that I need to accomplish the results. I did 4 interviews: With HR, with the Head of CSM and Senior CSM, case with the SVP and Head of CSM and a last round of cultural fit. I had a great experience!
