Very clear communication, clear goals and process. Spoke to a HR recruiter and then proceeded to speak with the technical team with some technical questions. The whole process was very good!

I was given a coding challenge which had too many loose ends. On clarification, I was asked to make my assumptions and solve the problem. However, during the feedback I was told that due to my assumptions their unit tests were failing. Pathetic experience.
