It was years ago, but I know the interview process didn't change a bit. I was working for an international media company, and developing very successful projects. Then I got a call from Dogan Media Group. They explained how much they wanted to work with me. I was invited to meet with Publishing Director. She asked about 20 questions, and recruited me. I was expecting a longer, more detailed interview series. By the way, the director has dodged all the questions I've asked about the job and company. I still decided to work with them just because it's the biggest media company in Turkey, and I don't have many choices as a journalist if I want to stay in Turkey.
