Interviewer was a little. 'cold'. Recruitment is disorganised. They are weeding out all the London candidates because London is maxed out and there are not a lot of companies to target. This is not mentioned in the webinar, they make it seem like they have endless opportunities for work everywhere. Interestingly, I actually have access to a personal business network of 2,000 people but won't be wasting it on companies who don't know how to recruit and waste people's time.
