Very Basic done by an individual with very limited knowledge in the specific field. I was asked about my understanding of the STOP program and my opinioon of operations proceedures and how they should be applied to day to day operations.

Interview

Quick interview and very imformative. The HR lady was clear and dedicated to giving all the required information and asked all the relevant questions I expected. On the other hand the logistics manager was too laid back and looked like he would rather suck lemons than be involved in the interview process.
