I had a quick phone screening that I wasn't given time to prepare for - they just called me and asked to speak right then and there which I did not appreciate. Then I had a 30 minute in person interview with two people and I received an offer that week. The interview was pretty laid back and not very difficult. The office felt empty when I was there which felt odd to me.
