DontPayFull interview questions

The interview was a pleasant and relaxed experience, exceeding my initial expectations regarding the usual pressure of a traditional interview. The entire conversation was friendly, which created a comfortable environment to share my experiences and discuss the role of Partnership Manager. I particularly appreciated that the questions focused primarily on soft skills, emphasizing my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and collaborate in a professional setting. Although the interview was conducted in Romanian, my English proficiency was also assessed. I was asked to describe a situation from my previous job in English, which was an interesting exercise to demonstrate my linguistic skills in a professional context. The discussion centered on how I would react in different situations, evaluating my ability to handle challenges and make quick and effective decisions. I valued this real-scenario approach as it allowed me to reflect on my past experiences and illustrate how my skills could contribute to success in this role. First, as the first phase of the recruitment process, I had a telephone conversation with HR. Then, I had a slightly more technical interview that lasted around an hour and after which I received a Django application to implement.
