It was an easy process and the manager was very understanding and flexible when it came to scheduling. They explained the job role during the process and there was not a lot of questions and the ones asked were more about the customer service aspect of resume.
After walking in and submitting an application, I was called for an interview. I went in and interviewed with the store manager who asked me very basic questions. They were friendly but didn't seem to enjoy the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dooney & Bourke (Las Vegas, NV)

Asked about my skills, the outlet. we talked about my position, loss prevention, the mall, compensation,, the brand and product. Filled out a background check and I was called within a week or two. I started shortly after I was contacted.
