There was a two tier interview process including one from HR that involved other hires. The second was with your potential supervisor and more in depth. Questions involved prior experience, why are you interested in the job, and preferences about working conditions.

Talking over the phone and answering questions prompted by the Human resources employee. They have emails that remind you to attend and they ask you why you want the job.
