5 interviews over nearly 8 weeks. Each interview 45 minutes. Scheduled via email and not using a calendar invite. Long gaps in between communication with their recruiter. I felt that some of the leaders that I interviewed with were less mature and professional than I would expect. For example, one boasted about “doing this for 10 years” and liberally cursed through the interview. Red flags go both ways!
