Process was normal and I got through about 3 rounds until they just stopped contacting me. I was notified by e-mail two weeks later that the job I was interviewing for had been put on hold.
I had a phone call that was going so well, perfectly qualified, until he heard I was here because my husband is active duty. After that he stopped listening, generic questions, he wasn’t even sure what he was saying. When I asked my questions he just shrugged them off and said they were for other people to answer. My 30 minute interview was 11 minutes long. This company is NOT military friendly. They claim that “no employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on: marital domestic partner status.” (This is from their diversity and inclusion statement) Well I guess they should either train better or take that section out of their diversity and inclusion statement.

Interview
Everyone who was part of the interview process was great to talk to and was very friendly except for one who seemed to be another co-op who was trying hard to impress his boss. My biggest problem was after having gone through three interviews with the company and was told I would be contacted, the company has ghosted me well over a month now which is quite unprofessional especially when students are trying hard to find a co-op in a timely manner.
