Drs. Foster & Smith interview questions

I was contacted by email first, by a Petco recruiter. A phone interview followed, and then after that step was completed, they brought me in to have a face to face interview and a tour of the facility. After that, I was supposed to have a phone conversation with the General Manager, but he was unable to do so, which I found out after the call was supposed to take place from the recruiter when I emailed him asking what had happened. The Operations Managers thought highly enough of me that the General Manager was comfortable enough to make an offer, so I waited for that. After a week of silence and no offer, I reached out to the recruiter again to check on the status of the offer, and he then told me they were interviewing an internal employee AFTER promising me an offer. So ridiculously unprofessional. I was told that I would hear back within a day whether or not they were going forward with the interview process with the internal employee, but I removed myself from the running. I don't have time for anymore of this run-around.

Group interview, was mixed in with others in a conference room. Told about the benefits and schedule rules and stressed the attendance. Not much info about the tasks. Then taken one by one to answer some individual questions. Oh yes, we were show the warehouse where we would be working...its huge!
