interview was of around 2 hours but took entire day due to mismanagement. The 2 PI rounds were great especially with Ms. Mayura and Mr. Dominic & Konkona. At the end of the process Front end HR SPOC "Dasthageer" confirmed that I am selected, negotiated my salary and gave a number, negotiated my notice period and gave a joining date, spoke about all benefits which I will be entitled, asked for last 3 months payslips, which I shared. Once I got back home, I got a call from consultancy(Experis IT) that I am selected, congratulations but next they called and informed the position has gone on hold even after confirming me that I am selected and after giving a date of joining. They made me wait for 3 weeks and then informed we can't meet your salary expectations. That's ridiculous, Dupont talks about following their core values truthfully but in this case it was highly unprofessional and cheating. Shame on you guys.

They will contact you for the initial interview after they review your application. The succeeding interviews would be with the Hiring Manager or your potential immediate supervisor. Now that is where the waiting game begins.
