Flew in to the office and ran through a set of interviews, but more than the interview they spent a lot of time touring me around the office and allowing me to ask specific questions of their executives, showed me their software and systems, etc. A great experience.

Question 1
It's been a while, I don't recall many specific questions
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DunnWell (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2009
Interview
The interview process was very disjointed an disorganized. It appeared that the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer were not on the same page with respect to what they were looking for in a controller. The interview process was quite informal and the follow up was very poor. I didn't hear anything for six weeks after the last interview. At my insistence I was finally told via an e-mail that someone else had been selected for the position and that they had begun work that day!
