Fun, interesting. The interviews were long enough to get to know the person fully. They tested all parts of my skill. The chat with the CEO was very interesting, ranging from F1 to sports to current affairs.

There is a phone Interview initially. Once that is done you have a personal interview in which they just want to know how fluent you are with language and multitasking.
